IMPORTANT: We are excited to announce that we are growing our exhibits, sponsorship, and advertising opportunities for NCA Annual Conventions. For NCA, this change provides us with an opportunity to provide our partners with increased opportunities for engagement, brand awareness, and ways to share their product or service with the communications community.

We are delighted to introduce our new exhibit and advertising sales team, Profitable Association Inc. (PAI). For more than 20 years, PAI has helped associations like ours develop, manage, and execute their non-dues revenue programs while providing a high level of service and support to its customers. The NCA Exhibit Hall is a great opportunity to visit with publishers, software vendors, educational product vendors, and other discipline-related associations. The NCA Exhibit Hall will be located in the New Orleans Marriott. The NCA Exhibit Hall will additionally house NCA Registration, the Graduate School Open House, the Career Center, and other programming.

The Exhibit Hall hours are:

  • Wednesday, November 20 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, November 21, 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Friday, November 22, 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

The NCA Annual Convention is the single largest gathering of Communication teachers, researchers, administrators, students, and professionals. We invite you to share in the experience with over 4,000 member attendees. Click here to reserve your space.

Put your company/school ad in the hands of every single convention attendee. Attendees will see your advertisement every time they refer to their printed program for session times, descriptions, locations, and special events. This is a valuable opportunity to reach your target audience. Printed programs will be available to all convention registrants. Deadline to submit application and payment is September 13. Copy must be submitted by September 20. NCA reserves the right to deny advertising to any potential advertiser. Thank you for your interest in holding a meeting or event “In Conjunction With” (ICW) NCA 2024 – 110th Annual Convention. Schools/companies wishing to hold meetings/events in conjunction with the NCA Annual Convention, must submit the Affiliate Meeting/Event Space Request Form online. Please read the guidelines in its entirety for policy information, deadlines, available dates, and application costs.

To Apply

  • Review the guidelines.
  • Submit meeting request here by September 15. A separate form must be submitted for each event being requested.
  • Function space is assigned on a first-come, first-paid basis and as space availability allows. Submitting a form does not guarantee space availability.
  • If the event is approved, you will receive an email confirmation starting by September 30, 2024. From there, you will receive a room assignment and AV and catering contact information. Do not contact the hotel or convention center until you have received your email confirmation with the venue contact information. If your event is not approved, you will also receive notification from NCA.
  • By reserving event space, all event hosts agree to follow any applicable local, state, or federal guidelines in place regarding masks, social distancing, room capacities, food and beverage service, etc. and to enforce those guidelines among their attendees. NCA reserves the right to cancel or modify any space assignment based on restrictions in effect at the time of the event.
