Advertisers may run display ads in Spectra, using the following procedures.
Submission
Graphic advertisements must be submitted by using the online form at the NCA Store.
The form accepts ad files in the following format: PDF (print ready). If the file is not in this format, please email spectra@natcom.org to send the file.
Size, Placement, and Pricing
There is one size option for Spectra graphic ads. Each ad will run for one month from the date it is posted on the Spectra online magazine webpage.
- Banner Ad: 620 px (wide) x 140 px
The following is the fee structure:

Put your advertisement in the hands of more than 5,000 convention attendees who use the program extensively to identify the topic, location, and time for over 1,200 programs.
Announcements may be posted to COMMNotes, to which more than 12,000 Communication students, teachers, scholars, and practitioners subscribe. COMMNotes is a daily email blast that is sent out to subscribers. Announcements will appear only once. This service is free to NCA departmental members. The cost for non-departmental members to post position announcements on the listserv is $100 per position vacancy.
