National Communication Association Announces 2021 Award Winners
Each year, the National Communication Association (NCA) honors the best in academic Communication, presenting awards for outstanding scholarship, teaching, and professional service. The awards recognize a wide range of contributions to the Communication discipline.
This year, more than 30 Communication scholars will receive awards at the NCA 107th Annual Convention in Seattle, WA, for achievements in more than 20 categories including distinguished service, excellent published scholarship, outstanding teaching, and many others.

Recipients will be honored during the upcoming NCA 107th Annual Convention. The Presidential Address and Awards Presentation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 20, at the Washington State Convention Center in Seattle, WA, and also will be livestreamed for those unable to attend.
The National Communication Association (NCA) advances Communication as the discipline that studies all forms, modes, media, and consequences of communication through humanistic, social scientific, and aesthetic inquiry.
