Convention Updates for ECA 2020 in Baltimore
Program planning is well underway for ECA’s 111th Convention, to be held April 1-5, 2020, in Baltimore, Maryland.
More than 270 paper, panel, roundtable, and short courses submissions were received and reviewed by dozens of volunteers across the interest groups and planning team. Primary Planner and ECA VP Jennifer Waldeck is implementing a new convention app called EventLink, which works seamlessly with Attendee Interactive, ensuring that attendees can maximize their experience with the innovative sessions filling the program.
Among these exciting sessions are workshops in Innovative Research Methods; unique panels on innovations in teaching, research, and service/leadership in the Communication field, and a clothing drive for the local non-profit, Paul’s Place.
Registration opens soon, and now is also the time to become an ECA member or update your membership. Visit ecacomm.org for more information and to register today!
