NCA 106th Annual Convention

Submissions for the NCA 106th Annual Convention Open January 13

January 9, 2020

Submissions for NCA’s 106th Annual Convention will open on Monday, January 13. The convention will be held November 19-22, 2020, in Indianapolis, IN. This year’s theme, “Communication at the Crossroads,” was selected, in part, because Indiana is known as the Crossroads of America due to its central location. Crossroads also symbolize connection and convergence of scholarship, choice and direction for research and teaching, and choice and direction for the discipline.

Indianapolis is home to a flourishing culinary scene, dynamic clubs and entertainment venues, amazing museums, and eclectic specialty shops located in numerous cultural districts near the convention hotels. Its unique urban landscape offers innovative architecture and stylistic design, more war memorials than any city outside of Washington, DC, and a vast city-center park.
