NCA Inside & Out

Grace Hébert is NCA’s Content Development Specialist. Within the Department of External Affairs and Publications, Grace works on a variety of projects, including social media content, NCA Inside & Out, and Communication Currents. 

Grace has an M.A. and Ph.D. in Communication from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She also earned a B.S. in Radio-Television-Film at the University of Texas at Austin. Grace’s dissertation focused on General Motors’ lobbying, public relations, and advertising from 1990 to 2009. As a graduate student at the University of Illinois, she worked with non-profit organizations in the Champaign-Urbana area and was active in the labor union for Teaching and Graduate Assistants at UIUC, the Graduate Employees’ Organization.

Outside of work, Grace enjoys playing board games and video games, particularly Magic: The Gathering.
